Bundled Course: 4-Hour Drug and Alcohol and Florida Permit Test Online

This course is for new drivers ages 18 and older ONLY 

The 4-Hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education course (TLSAE), also known as the Drug and Alcohol Course, is a state required course for first-time drivers that are 18 years or older in the state of Florida.  If you want to get your driver's license (and your 18 years or older) you must take this 4-hour course before getting your driving permit or driver license.  Our course is state approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) in Tallahassee, Florida. 

This 50 Question Test is to obtain your driving permit without having to take a test at the driver's license office.   Upon successful completion of our online test, you will be eligible to receive your Florida Driving Permit (Restricted Driver's License) at any Florida Driver's License office.

This test is approved by the Florida Department Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) in Tallahassee, FL.  Metro is an approved third-party provider for the online permit test.  Please note: You must be under the age of 18 years old to take the test online
